Rascal finally appears

Some of you may recall an old O.C of mine named Ruby [link] Well FINALLY after...oh yikes two years *wince* I submit to you guys one of the other characters connected to her :3

Name: Rascal

Race: Unknown- Shapeshifter

Gender: Male (he is trust me XD )

Age: Often appears around 17-19, actual age unknown

Personality: Rascal is a happy go lucky kind of guy, almost nothing seems to faze him. One thing in particular that can be noted is how he will be mistaken for a girl, and it never seems to upset him. In fact sometimes he’s been known to amuse himself by seeing just how long it takes people to realize their mistake. He almost always has a smile on his face (even to the point where it drives people crazy). However he tends to be a little scatter brained, apparently unable to recall information he’s been told, or facts about his past. He doesn’t even recall his birth name (or when he was born for that matter). Even still Rascal is always happy to help out his friends, or even total strangers. Rascal has a good heart, but be warned, he may be a kind soul, but if someone wants to harm those he feels responsible for he won’t hesitate to defend.

Bio: Rascal is a wanderer, never staying in one place for long. He wanders to different towns and cities and stays for a time but never settling down, often shifting his form for each new place. He most often will come back to staying at his “clubhouse” as he calls it, in the mountains. He honestly can’t remember where or when he was born, having only vague memories of his mother and father. Rascal also can’t seem to recall how old he is often stating “I kinda lost track a long time ago”, implying he’s been alive for quite some time. His love for assisting strangers is what leads him to meeting Ruby, finding the dragon lost and confused after her escape. Despite his scattered memory Rascal was able to recall a trick that dragons had forgotten, how to take a half human form, and was able to teach it to Ruby. Despite her lack of trust for him and vicious attitude Rascal quickly became attached to Ruby, eventually leading the two of them to become very close.

Quirks: Rascal absolutely hates his Widow’s peak and makes every effort to hide if from sight, which is why he wears his hat. He’ll often get flustered and/or embarrassed if his hat ever falls off or is taken off to reveal it. Unfortunately for Rascal despite being a shapeshifter, no matter what he does his Widow’s peak ALWAYS appears whenever he’s in a human form.

Abilities: Rascal is a shapeshifter, meaning he has the ability to transform himself into just about anything he wants to. However there are limits. He can only transform into a living creature, and since he is male, he can only transform into a male version of that creature. In order for him to transform into it Rascal has to have seen the creature (his human form he can alter in near endless combinations thanks to all the humans he’s seen). And the time Rascal can spend in any other form except a human form is limited, the larger the form the less time he can spend in it because of the strain it puts on him.
